In the context of Tesla’s influence on the market as a whole, this judgment can be considered fair.

Now, when Tesla Model 3 officially entered the market at a price of $ 35 thousand ( $ 25K in California ) manufacturer intends to concentrate on the rapid increase in the production of Model 3. The final version of the Tesla Model 3 is not very different from the latest test samples, which are noticed on the roads recently. Regarding the interior, the Model 3 is really devoid of the usual instrument panel. Its role here is allocated to a huge display with a diagonal of 15 inches, set in a horizontal orientation in the center of the torpedo, decorated with a wooden frame on the entire length. Quite a controversial from the point of view of ergonomics solution, although the interior looks nice and for final conclusions it is necessary to wait for the first test drives.
The basic version of Tesla Model 3 has a power reserve of 354 km (in the US EPA test cycle), accelerates from 0 to 96 km / h in 5.6 seconds and has a top speed of 209 km / h. The Long Range version with a high-capacity battery costs $ 44,000. It offers 498 km on one charge, and from 0 to 96 km / h accelerates in 5.1 seconds. For comparison, Chevrolet Bolt, which is a direct competitor to the Tesla Model 3, at a price of $ 37,500 offers 383 km on one charge and accelerates to 96 km / h in 7 seconds after the start.
Approximately, in spring 2018, all-wheel drive versions of the Tesla Model 3 with two motors are due, but there is no exact data yet.
The Tesla Model 3 is available in six body color variants: standard black, two versions of silver metallic, blue metallic, pearl white and red. All colors, except black, cost $ 1000.
In the basic configuration, the Tesla Model 3 is equipped with 18-inch alloy wheels. As an option for an additional $ 1500, you can install 19-inch “sports” rims. Still there is a “premium package” for $ 5000. This includes heated front seats with electric drive and the ability to adjust in 12 directions, heated steering wheel and automatically folding side mirrors, programmable profiles, wooden inserts in the cabin, more powerful speakers with an increased number of speakers and an additional sub-woofer, panoramic roof, LED fog lights and center console with two docking stations for smartphones.

Its operation is provided by eight cameras that create a panoramic image around the car, 12 ultrasonic sensors calculating the distance to the obstacle, a radar installed in the bow and an on-board computer that processes the collected data. However, to activate the advanced autopilot system (Enhanced Autopilot), which can independently rebuild, move and drive on motorways, and also independently park, it will be necessary to pay $ 5,000. In the future, Enhanced Autopilot can be upgraded to a full autopilot, which will be able to drive the car completely independently, but for an additional $ 3000.
