This service is an automated informational tool. It analyses publicly available content on a shop's website together with public registers, and derives an indicative score from them.

Neither the score nor the verdict is an expert opinion, legal advice or a guarantee. Neither says anything about whether a given shop will fulfil a given order. The decision to buy remains yours.

The score is computed from a catalogue of 35+ signals with fixed weights, grouped into categories: legal documents, operator identity, domain and network, content, and reputation.

A finding is never raised on the basis of a document we failed to fetch and read. Where a page cannot be assessed, the result says so explicitly as a limitation of the analysis, not as a shortcoming of the shop.

Participation in any partner or affiliate programme is not, and will never be, one of the signals.

Paid partner links appear in two places: on the deals page, and beneath the result of a shop that passed the check with no findings. They are always marked as paid. The order is one-way — the finished verdict decides whether a link is shown, never the other way round, and no shop can buy a green result.

The shop check on this site is free and stays free: the score, every finding and the quotations from the shop's own pages are public. For 55 CZK you can buy the same result as a dated PDF, which is the form worth attaching to a chargeback claim with your bank or to a complaint to the trade inspection.

Payment is handled by Stripe Payments Europe. Your card details never reach this site; we learn only that a payment succeeded and which shop the report was for. The operator is not registered for VAT, so the price shown is the price paid.

The report is digital content delivered immediately on payment. Before paying you therefore confirm that you consent to immediate delivery and understand that you thereby lose the right to withdraw within fourteen days. Without that consent no payment is started.

We also email the report to the address you give at checkout. Stripe passes us that address, we use it to send that one message, and we do not store it; no account is created.

The download link keeps working as long as you keep it. If the report fails to generate or arrives damaged, write to us and we will sort it out; the money comes back where the failure was ours.

The operator is not liable for loss arising from action taken on the basis of an analysis. The underlying data comes from public third-party sources — among them the Czech business register (ARES), registrar RDAP records, and the Czech Trade Inspection Authority's list of risky shops — whose accuracy and availability the operator does not control.

A result describes the state of things at the moment of the scan. A shop can change its terms, its contact details and its behaviour at any time.

Using the scanner requires no account, and we do not collect data on who looked up which shop.

A scan result is held in a temporary cache for 30 days, keyed by the domain of the shop being checked — not by the person who submitted the query.

If you write to us through the contact form, we process your name, email address and the content of your message solely in order to reply. The message is delivered by email through the Resend service. We do not pass the data to anyone else and do not use it for marketing.

You can ask us to delete the correspondence at any time — just reply to our email.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we process one thing: your email address. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form and confirmed by clicking the link in the verification email. Without that second step we send you nothing.

The address is held, and the emails are sent, by ECOMAIL.CZ, s.r.o., company number 02762943, registered at Na příkopě 388/1, 110 00 Prague 1, acting as our processor. We pass the address to nobody else and we do not sell it.

You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email we send. Unsubscribing ends the processing and removes the address from the database. Until then we keep it, because without it there would be nowhere to write.

Without your consent we store two cookies. Sd_lang remembers the language you switched to and holds nothing but its code. Sd_consent remembers how you answered the consent banner. Both last a year.

Neither one needs consent. The first is strictly necessary for the service you asked for under the ePrivacy rules. The second exists only so that the site stops asking you the same question on every visit.

If you do consent, two Google services start up. Google Analytics measures traffic; we truncate the IP address and the advertising signals are switched off. Google AdSense serves ads and stores its own advertising cookies to do it. Google handles that data as a controller in its own right, under its own terms.

Until you consent, neither script loads. They do not sit in the background waiting.

You can change your mind at any time. There is a button at the foot of this page that erases your answer and brings the banner back. Refusing is exactly as easy as agreeing, and we remember it for a year.

You can also delete the cookies in your browser. The site keeps working; the language is simply decided again from the domain and the country.

Quotations from the websites of shops under review are reproduced only to the extent needed to evidence a specific finding.

Shop names and trade marks belong to their owners. Their appearance here implies no relationship with the operator of this service.
